Proceedings Submission, Changes, and FormatProceedings Submission Deadline is September 9, 2007 Deadline Extended to September 24Submission: The 2007 National Convention Proceedings CD will be released at the Convention. Papers, extended abstracts, and PowerPoint presentations will be collected online from the Speaker site at http://www.x-cd.com/saf07/speaker_login.cfm. Your user name is your abstract ID number and your last name is your password. . Changes: If you wish to update your speaker or presentation information, log on to the speaker website at http://www.x-cd.com/saf07/speaker_login.cfm. Your user name is your abstract ID number and your last name is your password. If someone else entered your abstract, you can get the logon information from Terry Clark at clarkt@safnet.org. Remember to save your changes. Changes entered by July 8, 2007 will appear in the printed program. Changes made after that date may appear in the program addendum. In either case, please notify Terry Clark that changes have been made to ensure that they are included in the print copy. All presenters must submit a Copyright Agreement Format Information for Submission to Proceedings: Please proof your submission carefully and follow the guidelines as closely as possible. General: Papers and poster submissions will be printed as submitted; there will be no editorial or peer review. Please use 81/2 x 11 (standard letter) page setup, portrait (vertical) orientation, with 1-inch margins all around. Use 12 point Times New Roman or similar font for all text unless otherwise noted. Title: Position the title at the top of the first page with no larger than a 14-point font. Bylines: List the name; affiliation; city; state; and e-mail address for the author and any coauthors. Acknowledgements: If applicable, provide acknowledgements after the author bylines. Abstract: An abstract of 150 words or less should clearly summarize the main points of the paper. Keywords: Please include two to five keywords after the abstract. Text: Begin the text on a new page. There is no limit on length for papers or posters. Illustrations: Tables, figures, and photographs may be in black-and-white or color and should fit on the page within the same margins as the text. As much as possible, maintain portrait orientation and avoid using type smaller than 8 point. Literature Cited: Follow The Chicago Manual of Style. Citations should appear in the text as Burr (1967) or (Burr 1967). Under "Literature Cited," arrange references alphabetically by author and spell out journal titles. Examples:
