Poster Guidelines
The Poster Mini-Session has been designed to showcase a wide range of projects and programs through current research and field trials, practical applications and innovations, education and outreach and new ideas outside the mainstream of academia and forest practice.
SAF will be conducting Poster Mini-Sessions which allow poster presenters to give a short oral presentation followed by a facilitated question and answer session. The mini sessions will be arranged by topic.
Poster Display Information and Tips
Submission to Proceedings: All poster presenters will have the opportunity to submit a full paper, extended abstract, or PowerPoint for the Convention Proceedings. Papers, extended abstracts, and PowerPoint presentations will be collected online from the Speaker site at http://www.x-cd.com/saf07/speaker_login.cfm. Your user name is your abstract ID number and your last name is your password.
Set-up Time: Posters will be set up in the Oregon Convention Center Exhibit Hall and will be arranged by topic area. You will be responsible for the set up of your poster. Your registration will authorize your access to the exhibit hall and poster area. Please do not change the sequence of numbers once you receive your poster assignment.

Note: Plan to be with your poster to interact with the attendees during these high traffic times.
Taking Posters Down: Thursday, October 25 - 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm. All materials must be removed by 5:30 pm on Thursday. Materials remaining after that time will be discarded.
